"Sex and the City" continues to expand worldwide, with lots of 4PS music sightings in Europe, Asia, Australia and anyplace those four ladies capture the imagination of the populace. We wish 'em luck with the feature film, no matter who they got to play Dave Sholl-style sax.

"Dexter", the likeable serial killer, is now on CBS, with guess-who providing some of the soundtrack for his antics.

Four Piece Suit has also been helping Kim Kardashian shake that booty on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".

Thanks for the calls from so many of you who saw the film "Blue Vinyl" on HBO or at a special showing, and noticed Four Piece Suit in the music credits. The film won at Sundance for cinematography. Milt got to take the bow for the band at the Park City festivities. Just say no to vinyl !!!! (on houses, that is...we like it in record albums)

Fans in NY, NJ, and CA will be seeing 4PS at Borders Books and Music in-store appearances, as Borders has chosen the 4PS CD Matinee Idylls as one of five CDs chosen for a special promotion called "Under the Radar", for independent music, at 35 Borders locations.

"Just a Kiss", a new film featuring 4PS music is due out for the holidays.

4PS moves into kids' programming with the "Outward Bound" series, "Reading Rainbow", and even a MaryKate and Ashley Olson film, "Our Lips are Sealed"--kind of a giggle watching a bunch of teenage actors miming the instruments, while crusty old 4PS plays a jump Blues number, "Get Up and Go".

Fans of Fairport Convention, Richard Thompson, XTC, and Paul McCartney will be interested to know that drummer extraordinaire, Dave Mattacks, who has worked extensively with the aforementioned artists, has contributed a number of excellent tracks to the latest Four Piece Suit CD Spirito, available from CDBaby.com, iTunes, or direct from the band.

Suit on TV...Four Piece Suit has been doing lots of music for HBO's Emmy-winning Sex and the City (with Sara Jessica Parker). Their music was featured in more than half of the episodes last season, and is now into the new season, starting off with a bang on episode #2 with Desi's Cha Cha, during the scene where Samantha discovers that her diminutive date buys his clothes in the Boys' Dept. at Bloomies. And yes that was 4PS during the bizarre doll scene in the July 9 episode.The pilot for Grapevine was recently picked up by a major network, so look for the Suit when that series airs.

And the Movies...Remember Frankie, the loveable little mutt from Armageddon ? Well he'll be starring in his own mockumentary, Frankie goes to Hollywood, with Bruce Willis, Liv Tyler, and Billy Bob Thornton, with music by...you guessed it: Four Piece Suit !!! Two more upcoming films featuring Four Piece Suit music: Stanley's Gig, an Art house flick about a ukelele player who gets a gig at a nursing home that changes his life, and Luck of the Draw, a dark crime picture with Dennis Hopper, Michael Madsden, and Eric Roberts. 4Ps joins old pals the Fathoms and other soggy bands in the upcoming Psycho Beach Party--should be frothy.
